For @home residential customers, pick-ups and deliveries are available in 60-minute windows from 6pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday evenings. Standard turnaround is two days for residential customers.

Some items may take longer. In this event, you will be contacted by your local outlet and advised of any additional time required to professionally clean your items. accounts are serviced during office hours on specified days. Please contact us at or click on “Corporate Enquiry” and fill out a corporate enquiry form which we will receive and contact you.

Minimum order of €20 incl-VAT. 

Orders below €20 will have an automated surcharge fee applied for the difference at checkout.

Orders received by 12pm (midnight) will be picked up next day

Payments can be made via Credit or Laser Card when you place your order, or by Cash upon Collection.

We use Realex for all card payments, providing our customers with the highest level of security.

Yes. Your items will be collected/delivered between the 2 hours you specified on your order.

If you are unable to reside at the premises during the collection or delivery times, please contact us prior to the day of collection/delivery.

Failure to do so will result in a €5 “no show” automated fee from the Card applied to the order.

You can view your current order by clicking on the “View Booking” link once you have logged in. This will allow you to review your current orders not completed. To change/cancel a current order, click on the customer service link and send us details of the changes required to your order.

All your items are processed by professionals locally to ensure a quick turnaround.

We aim to provide our service in as many locations as possible and we are currently adding to this list. Please register your interest in the service with us and we will let you know as soon as we begin servicing your area. We will prioritise areas where most demand exists.

If you do not avail of a set of weighing scales, we will weigh the bags for you at the collection, and prorate the difference. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Cash at delivery.

Any clothing provided in a washing bag, which is only suitable for “dry cleaning”, will be charged and cleaned by way of Dry cleaning, and charged accordingly.
