I have just gotten my wedding dress back from you and I wanted to send you an email to express my gratitude.
When I brought my silk wedding dress to some local dry cleaners they said that they couldn't guarantee that the
stains would come out at all - I was so disappointed. I found your contact information and you just put my mind so
at ease and we discussed the stains and what type the were, where on the dress etc.
You suggested that I could send it to you and you could take a look to see what could be done for me.
As I am not based in Dublin, the courier service is so practical for us country folk. I left everything
in your capable hands and did not have any doubt that you would deliver - as you did.
There was no fuss, hassle or stress at all - it was a dream to deal with you. I knew I could just send
you a quick text and you were always very prompt to reply to me.
I hope other brides will take this on board when looking for a very professional dry cleaning service.
I have my dress now and I am very pleased with how it has turned out.

I would like to give dryclean.ie some feedback - there last week I received my Wedding Dress back from
yourselves and from start to finish it was an excellent service. Very professional and a superb job on
the dress. Service is the best I have received from any dry cleaners and I am delighted I chose

The ties that I received back were very well cleaned. I had dropped these in before to other dry-cleaners and the

up the service with dryclean.ie and since then it has managed itself. I thought it was a great service to offer our employees
and I am delighted with all of the positive feedback that I have received from our team here. It is just so hasslefree - all
the booking and payment is done on line in a couple of minutes. We no longer have to remember to drop clothes off or collect
them from the dry-cleaners. We leave the clothes at reception and 3 days later our dry-cleaning is dropped back. Apart from
periodic emails to remind the team about the service, there is no maintenance for me. I would not hesitate to recommend the

"I'd been meaning to have my wedding dress cleaned since my wedding in March but it was one
of those things I just hadn't got around to doing. I read about the service
on www.weddingsonline.ie , by another girl who had used your services to have her dress
cleaned, and then looked up your website .... my wedding dress and delicate evening dress to
her house where it was picked up on time as arranged. The cleaning itself took a bit longer
than indicated on the website but the delay arose due to stains in the evening dress that
proved difficult to remove. I did receive a telephone call to inform me of the delay and
I was asked if I wished to have it wet cleaned instead, to increase the chances of removing
the stains, but with the risk that the delicate material might be damaged. I decided to
proceed with the wet clean because I couldn't wear the dress in its current state. I was
delighted to see that all the stains had been removed without any damage to the material.
My wedding dress came out like new as well, so it was good all round.
I would like to thank dryclean.ie for their professionalism and to commend them on their
communication and courtesy calls. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend you
to my friends and family and will use you again!"
